On the web
Click the Settings icon on your community page
Click Details > Customize your community details.
Your edited details will be automatically saved.
On mobile
Tap your Profile on the bottom left tab
Go to Settings on the top right
Click Edit Community > Customize your community details.
Your edited details will be automatically saved.
Make your community private or public.
Private communities require people to apply to join. Keep a lookout for new applications!
On the web

Toggle on/off the button in the "Public for anyone to join"
