How do I change my membership?

To switch from one tier to another, a user will need to cancel their current subscription & resubscribe to the desired tier. Please do this at the end of your payment period as we cannot give a refund.

You have the option to cancel your subscription if you change your mind.

How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click My Memberships.

  3. Choose the membership that you want to cancel and click Manage Plan.

  4. After reviewing the details, click Cancel my membership.

Note: By canceling your plan, you agree to Vibely, Inc.'s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Although you have the choice to end your subscription, unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for a change of mind.
