Incorrect email

It’s possible you entered your email incorrectly and the email never made it to you. Please email with your email and the community you are trying to join for help.

Ensure payment went through

If you do not see a welcome email after paying, first make sure that your payment went through by checking your bank statement. If you do not see a charge, it's likely that your payment failed and you need to try again.

Check your spam/promotions folder

  1. To check your spam mail on the web

    • Go to your Mail > Click spam.

  2. To check your promotion mail on the web

    • Go to your Mail > Categories > Promotions.
