Ensure payment went through
If you do not see a welcome email after paying, first make sure that your payment went through by checking your bank statement. If you do not see a charge, it's likely that your payment failed and you need to try again.
Check your spam/promotions folder
To check your spam mail on the web
Go to your Mail > Click spam
To check your promotion mail on the web
Go to your Mail > Categories > Promotions
