Incorrect email

It’s possible you entered your email incorrectly and the email never made it to you. Please email aloha@vibely.io with your email and the community you are trying to join for help.

Ensure payment went through

If you do not see a welcome email after paying, first make sure that your payment went through by checking your bank statement. If you do not see a charge, it's likely that your payment failed and you need to try again.

Check your spam/promotions folder

  1. To check your spam mail on the web

    • Go to your Mail > Click spam.

  2. To check your promotion mail on the web

    • Go to your Mail > Categories > Promotions.
