Vibely provides a platform for members to pay creators directly. In most cases, Vibely will not refund on behalf of creators.

Creators can issue refunds at their discretion.

Creators or community leaders can refund a member’s 3 most recent payments upon Creators or community leaders can refund a member’s three most recent payments upon direct request to Vibely Team to assist refund as long as they have a Vibely balance to cover the refunded amount.

Creators can refund charges within 90 days of the processing date. If a creator needs to issue a refund older than 90 days, they can do so outside of Vibely (e.g., on PayPal or Venmo).

Refund requests must first go to the creator you paid on Vibely. Since we process your payments directly to creators, they must make refund decisions for a membership.

How to request a refund.

First, reach out to the creator or the community leader through Vibely. The creator can review your request and your account information on our platform. When creators have all the information, they can make an informed decision about a possible refund.

What should I include with my refund request?

  • The amount of the transaction(s) you are requesting be refunded.

  • The date(s) of the original transaction(s).

  • Your reason for requesting a refund.

Creators are responsible for benefits and content distribution. While it is discouraged, it is not a violation of our terms if a creator doesn't deliver the expected benefits.

If you have contacted the creator and have not received a response, Vibely may offer a refund at our sole discretion. That said, sending your refund request directly to the creator will result in a faster decision.

To have your refund request reviewed by Vibely, you will need to contact us within ten days of the transaction processing date on your statement. If it has been over ten days, please message the creator about a possible refund.

What if a creator refuses to issue a refund?

Vibely may offer refunds at our sole discretion, based on the circumstances.

To be eligible to receive a refund, members must contact Vibely within ten days of the charge processing on their statement. The member will receive notice of whether the refund is denied or approved and issued. Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 5-10 business days to process.
