Vibely provides a platform for members to pay creators directly. In most cases, Vibely will not refund on behalf of creators.

Refund requests must first go to the creator on Vibely. Since we process the payments directly to creators, you must make refund decisions for a membership.

How to request a refund

We recommend the member to message the creator or the community leader through Vibely. That way, the creator can review your request and your account information on our platform. When creators have all the information, they can make an informed decision about a possible refund. Creators will then reach out to Vibely Team to process refund on their behalf.

What should the member include with their refund request?

  • The amount of the transaction(s) they are requesting to be refunded

  • The date(s) of the original transaction(s)

  • The member's reason for requesting a refund

Creators are responsible for benefits and content distribution. While it is discouraged, it is not a violation of our terms if a creator doesn't deliver the expected benefits.

If a member have contacted the creator and have not received a response, Vibely may offer a refund at our sole discretion.

To have the refund request reviewed by Vibely, members will need to contact the Support team within 10 days of the transaction processing date on your statement. If it has been over 10 days, the member should reach out to the creator about a possible refund.
